Doctor Who Season 6 Finale (Part I)

June 10, 2011

The Doctor Who Season Six Part I finale will air tomorrow night (Saturday) on BBC America at 9 PM Eastern / 8 PM Central. What you may not know is that there is a short prequel video for the episode you can watch here on Tech of the Hub. Alternatively, you can download a high-def version of the free prequel on Amazon Instant Video or iTunes or just catch up on the episodes you missed. It’s just as good; well, almost as good as having a TARDIS. Hopefully, some of the unanswered questions from the two part season opener will be answered.

For those of you who are FIOS subscribers, I was able to have BBC America added to my package at no cost. Keep in mind this is the standard definitionfeed, as the HD version of the channel is not available on FIOS. I was paying $90 per month for the PrimeHD package and the customer representative I spoke to said there was a special offer for select customers to move up to the ExtremeHD package at no additional cost for the remainder of my contract. Also included was the upgrade to 25 MBps Internet. And yes, you really do get a consistant 25 MBps of bandwidth. You need that much bandwidth to travel through the time vortex.
