Walking Dead Season 3 Premiere: Where to Watch

Look out behind you!

Are you ready for some zombies!?! The Walking Dead is back for season 3. The season premiere is this Sunday, October 14th at 9PM / 8PM Central on AMC. It’s just in time given we had a short fall season of Doctor Who. Anyway, before zombies eat your brains, here’s the legit ways you can watch the season 3 premiere of the Walking Dead.

For those of you don’t have AMC, you can download or stream episodes the next day from both Amazon Instant Video and Apple iTunes. In addition, VUDU is offering the premiere episode of season 1 for free as well as offering season 3.  All of the services usually offer a discount when you buy the entire season. Personally, I will be TiVo’ing the episodes. Unfortunately for Dish customers, Dish and AMC have not worked out their disagreement and therefore AMC is not being carried on the Dish Network. However, AMC is making the premiere available to Dish customers if they register at this web page. This offer appears to only be good for the premiere. The page encourages customers to switch from Dish to another provider. Update: AMC and Dish have worked out their differences and the Walking Dead is now available for Dish subscribers.

To catch up, you can now watch both seasons 1 and 2 on Netflix. Alternatively, you can catch AMC’s season 2 marathon starting this Saturday, October 13th at 10AM / 9AM central. There’s also a 4 part webisode, Cold Storage, that will get you in the zombie mood (first one below after the preview).
